Job Summary

CareSense Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Group Home Residential Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our residential services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in daily operations, including performing duties and projects as assigned.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of client and staff paperwork, including hiring, training, and supervising managers, program specialists, and home leads.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure proper scheduling of caregivers and resolve issues that arise.
  • Utilize our web-based care management system to monitor operations, including clinical documentation, care logs, and client and caregiver records.
  • Effectively communicate with caregivers, clients, and case managers to ensure high-level client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, retain, and train staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Perform home visits and complete incident reporting as necessary.
Requirements
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and patients.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers and technology applications, including personnel recruiting systems, staffing and scheduling systems, electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable transportation, valid State driver's license, and car insurance.
