Job Title: Enterprise Architect

At Shiro Technologies LLC, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document architectural designs, providing technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Implement and uphold best practices and standards for software development, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Design and document automation solutions using UiPath and other relevant technologies, creating comprehensive Solution Design Documents.
  • Analyze and refine the technical architecture of processes prior to automation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Automation Developers to finalize business automation and technical requirements.
  • Lead the development of automation projects and components, ensuring alignment with solution designs and requirements.
  • Supervise the testing, deployment, hypercare, and monitoring phases of automation projects.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending new tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver solutions that align with business and technology strategies.
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks when necessary, building consensus and executing solutions.
  • Participate in all stages of the project life cycle, from kickoff through requirement analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Contribute to multiple project teams, adding value through technology solutions, quality reviews, and adherence to guidelines.
Requirements:
  • These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor's degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
