As a Crew Leader at Sonic Drive-In, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the preparation of high-quality food in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and support crew members to perform various tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleaning.
  • Operate the switchboard, record customer orders, and make accurate change.
  • Prepare fountain drinks, ice cream items, and food orders efficiently.
  • Package menu items and serve food to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the drive-in, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Monitor and report any guest or employee accidents to management.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Compliance with all Sonic Drive-In policies and procedures, as well as health and sanitation laws and regulations.
Work Environment:

Frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking. Frequent exposure to freezer when stocking food items. Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures based on variable weather conditions.
