Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team as a Chanel Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the Chanel brand within our Ulta Beauty stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering expert advice on Chanel products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Chanel products, trends, and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote the Chanel brand.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on Chanel products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
