We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on beauty products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales in the Benefit brand by engaging guests and assisting them in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
- Perform short services, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Use appointment books or systems to book guests' appointments for initial services, return services, and events.
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals, and contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
- Take the initiative to stay informed about new and existing industry trends, products, and services, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
- Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
- Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
- Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
- Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
