Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will utilize their knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the adult psychiatric program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care to patients in the adult psychiatric program
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Unencumbered RN Oregon state license
  • Experience in adult psychiatric nursing
  • At least 1 year of experience as an RN
  • BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)
