Salary

Ranging from $94,000.00 to $114,000.00 per year, this exceptional opportunity offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our team members.

Job Description

As a Nurse Care Manager, you will leverage your nursing education and experience to deliver exceptional patient care. You will work in collaboration with our dedicated medical team to manage patient care, handle life-threatening situations with confidence, and take on responsibilities that reflect your leadership and nursing expertise. You will prioritize, delegate, and evaluate care while promoting a team-centered approach to healthcare.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
  • Experience in either Adult/Geriatric Psychiatry or Medical-Surgical care preferred
  • BLS certification required within three months of hire
  • De-escalation training within 90 days of hire
