Job Title: RN/LPN Extended Hours

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The RN/LPN Extended Hours position is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
  • Active RN/LPN license in the State of Ohio
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (RN/LPN)
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
