We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Mary's Meadow at Providence Place. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
  • Participate in collaborative care planning meetings with the clinical support team to create resident-centered care plans.
  • Observe residents closely and promptly report any changes or reactions to the nurse.
  • Document care accurately in our electronic medical record system.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and clean up afterward, ensuring the preferences of each resident are met.
  • Assist with laundry and maintain a clean and welcoming home environment.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers to meet the needs of our residents and ensure their safety and engagement.
  • Attend team meetings and actively contribute to discussions.
  • Report accidents and incidents, follow safety protocols, and maintain a hazard-free environment.
  • Actively participate in educational programs and maintain required certifications.
Requirements:
  • Maintain a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Massachusetts.
  • Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
  • Showcase your culinary skills for meal preparation.
