We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Day Brook Skilled Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Document all ADLs in the electronic health record and report any changes in condition promptly.
- Assist with daily requirements and tasks, including food intake, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors, and provide emotional support and empathy when needed.
- Participate in the QAPI process and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly and respectfully, and maintain confidentiality and resident rights.
