  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality food and service are consistently delivered to customers.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, preferably in QSR/Fast Food.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop a team, and proficiency in restaurant functions such as food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and security.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
