We are currently in search of a Financial Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our skilled workforce.


Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses support for financial operations, inventory oversight, and administrative management within the warehouse context. You will collaborate closely with logistics personnel and management.

  • Document daily financial activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, using accounting software.
  • Prepare, process, and monitor invoices for goods received and dispatched.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
  • Maintain a consistent inventory supply, placing orders as necessary to meet pre-approved limits.
  • Assist the logistics manager throughout the procurement process and help maintain backup sources for high-demand items, while monitoring backorders.
  • Manage the inventory system under the guidance of the logistics manager, including conducting spot checks and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain essential documents, records, and files.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills with warehouse staff, other personnel, and external vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently.
