About the Role:

Segue Inc. is seeking a qualified Team Leader for our Hillsdale, MI, facility.

The Team Leader will lead the team in providing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services to individuals with chronic mental illness who require intensive outpatient treatment.

This role involves giving clinical guidance, direction, and support to their team and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ACT outpatient treatment program following policies and procedures, Medicaid, and CARF standards.
  • Provide leadership oversight to the ACT program; lead daily team meetings and coordinate activities.
  • Clinical supervision and guidance to the team; direct appropriate intervention strategies; take the lead in crises.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field.
  • Licensure in social work or psychology in the State of Michigan is required.
  • Certification in addiction through MCBAP is required.
  • Able to type 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy; experience working with EMR preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Code, Medicaid Standards, and CARF standards is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
