Job Summary

Requirements

  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of microcomputers, network operating systems, hardware and software configurations, and technical terminology. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and work in a team environment.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications or licenses, such as a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements.
Working Conditions

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
