  • Assist in receiving shipments and preparing product for floor placement
  • Plan, track, and communicate in-transit shipment information to the leadership team
  • Maintain an efficient and well-organized stockroom to ensure accessibility to employees
  • Assist in restocking and maintaining store stock levels
  • Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers
  • Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge
  • Assist in maintaining building facilities

Requirements:

  • Exceptional selling skills, customer service, and clientele
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
  • Utmost character, honesty, and transparency
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel to organize and stock inventory
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
