Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Implement contingency plans for unexpected project delays or challenges.

Permit & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before project initiation.
  • Keep up-to-date with local building codes and regulations to avoid delays or compliance issues.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate deliveries and schedule subcontractor activities to prevent delays.

Project Closeout:

  • Ensure all punch list items are completed to ensure project quality.
  • Manage the final walkthrough with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee the submission of project documentation, including as-built drawings and warranties.
