Job Requirements:

Education/Certifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • HACCP & SQF certification preferred.
Required Knowledge:
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss statements, accounting, human resources, purchasing, facilities, security, and quality control procedures and programs.
  • Familiarity with related legal and regulatory requirements such as OSHA, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, supply contracts, and shipping requirements.
  • Awareness of corporate compliance, ethics policies, and code of conduct.
  • Understanding of inventory control and management procedures.
Experience:
  • A minimum of five years of supervisory experience is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Solid leadership qualities and decision-making skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
