Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coord Medical - Oncology to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of nurses in the Medical Oncology Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of staff development programs
Requirements
  • Current Alaska nursing license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit required, prefer 3 years
  • 3 years clinical practice experience in the clinical specialty of his/her unit preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred
