Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of staff development programs
- Current Alaska nursing license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit required, prefer 3 years
- 3 years clinical practice experience in the clinical specialty of his/her unit preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred
