Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities for residents, including games, crafts, and other events.
- Assist in the development and organization of programs and events to promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Provide one-to-one visits with bed residents to promote social interaction and emotional support.
- Participate in resident assessment and discharge planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- May assist with resident mail delivery and other tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Positive, energetic, and engaging demeanor.
- High level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Must have compassion, tolerance, and understanding for older adults.
