Job Summary:

This position requires a highly skilled nurse with expertise in critical care and advanced patient management. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient status and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
  • Act as a patient advocate, promoting their safety and well-being throughout their stay
Essential Functions:
  1. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans that prioritize patient needs
  3. Communicate regularly with patients and families to ensure understanding and address concerns
  4. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between $73,000 and $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
