Position Overview:


Sodexo is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to oversee operations and client interactions within our facilities.


The Client Services Supervisor acts as the primary liaison between the client and the Sodexo team, addressing both service quality and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating delivery schedules, providing training on product usage, and assisting with cost analysis and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front office administrative and reception functions.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels for client needs.
  • Analyze and report on usage statistics.
  • Oversee compliance with Sodexo's operational programs.
  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work order dispatch and closure.
  • Control key distribution and ensure adherence to key management protocols.
  • Implement and monitor client-specific programs.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
  • Track and document campus events.
  • Maintain logs for visitors and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with workforce management systems preferred.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities and responsiveness to client and management requests.
