About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MaineHealth Care at Home. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Maine. A minimum of one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised healthcare setting is preferred.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
