Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, you will provide exceptional care to our residents under the supervision of our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with routine nursing care, such as vital sign checks and medication administration
  • Support the nursing team in providing complex care to residents as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Nursing Aide in the state of South Carolina
  • Experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Willingness to attend ongoing education programs
  • Commitment to delivering quality care and promoting a positive resident experience
