CNO Financial Group Internship Opportunity

CNO Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Organizational Development Intern. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and Organizational Development, while contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the intern program to ensure a positive and enriching experience for both in-person and remote summer interns.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote CNO's summer internship program both internally and externally.
  • Assist in organizing the Annual National Intern Day Event, coordinating with Senior Leadership Group (SLG) speakers, and providing feedback to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
  • Approach all tasks with a focus on inclusion, while promoting overall well-being in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Progress towards a bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, industrial psychology, or a related field.
  • Status as a rising junior or senior, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027.
  • A minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week for 13 weeks during the summer, starting May 5, 2025.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
