Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Correctional Nurse LPN to join our team at Troup County Jail. As a Correctional Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, charting results, establishing nursing plans, and working under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines.

You will also administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations, follow through with established treatment plans, and perform emergency intervention, physical assessment, and critical thinking.

This is a full-time position working 12-hour day shift rotation from 7a-7:30p with alternating weekends. You can control the timing of your pay when you join our team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package includes two weeks of PTO accrued during the first year of employment, increases with longevity, eight paid holidays, and birthday off with pay.

Requirements
