Position Overview:

As an LPN at Cold Spring Hills, you will be an integral part of our team and commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. To attract top-notch professionals, we are offering a limited-time $2500 sign-on bonus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with individual care plans.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and address resident needs.

Monitor and document changes in resident health status.

Foster a warm and supportive environment for residents and their families.

 

Qualifications:

 

Current and valid LPN license in NY

CPR certification

Empathy and compassion for working with the elderly.

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Sign-On Bonus Details:

 

This sign-on bonus is available for a limited time. To be eligible, candidates must meet all hiring criteria and be hired during a specified timeframe. Bonus distribution will follow company policies and will be based on length of service and hours worked. Cold Spring Hills reserves the right to modify or rescind the sign-on bonus at any time in the future.  If discontinued employees hired under bonus program would still be eligible to receive bonuses.
