Job Title: Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse at Rogers Behavioral Health plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our mental health programs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
  • Document patient progress, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
  • American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent.
  • Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
  • Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
