Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse at Rogers Behavioral Health plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our mental health programs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
Responsibilities:- Implement patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-management of mental health conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our mental health services.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
