Compensation: Competitive pay plus tips
We provide a flexible work schedule and require our baristas to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
As a Barista, you will:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with prompt and friendly service.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently, following established recipes.
- Assist with store setup, cleanup, inventory management, and special projects.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or fast-paced food service/hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in a coffee shop setting is a plus.
- Drive-thru experience is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Availability to work 25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, as these are peak times.
