Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our members, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and set up gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations, ensuring that all equipment is ready for guests.
  • Conduct transactions at the front of house POS, using various software programs to process sales and rentals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that member-facing areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Assist with inventory control, managing the movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops.
  • Communicate member requests with other departments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours, with the physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
