The Role

The Tastesense Global Portfolio Director will drive step change growth and the overall sustainable performance of the Tastesense Sweet portfolio, aligned to strategy and manufacturing capabilities. This role will mobilize and integrate cross-functional teams to define and manage the execution parameters specific to the technologies that enable successful delivery against Enterprise Unit (EUM) strategies, profitability, and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market leading growth in the key pillars of our sustainable nutrition strategy, targeting to be the market leader in this space.
  • Inform and influence relevant EUM Strategies to ensure a clear, winning (vs. competitors) and well-understood strategy for the Technology, to disrupt the market.
  • Bring clarity to the differentiated Technology Value Proposition (per EUM/region as appropriate).
  • Drive innovation to maximize the opportunity to help customers bring great taste while nutritionally improving their products.
  • Determine and communicate Target Margins and Pricing guardrails with a view to optimizing financial performance.
  • Leverage Regional/EUM Strategies and forecasts to develop, calibrate, and maintain an up-to-date long-term (2-5 year) view of Demand for SKUs within the Product Portfolio, with a view to informing Supply Planning decisions and Raw Material Strategies.
  • Drive a market leading service model for this product group.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8-10+ years in a senior leadership position in the Food industry.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry, knowledge of Tastesense technologies.
  • Experience with exposure to Senior Leadership with an ability to influence beyond direct control and manage ambiguity.
