Job Title: Facility Manager

At ELITE TRAINING ENGLEWOOD LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our facility.

Job Summary:

The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, including managing staff, ensuring a high-quality member experience, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high-quality member experience
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and Sales team to drive facility growth and efficiency
  • Hold team members accountable to brand standards and ensure a safe, fun, and clean facility
  • Manage and participate in events, including marketing events
  • Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and managing all facility staff
  • Plan and execute the studio's daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
  • Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a sales quota environment or as a manager of a fitness facility
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
  • Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
  • Interested in further development of professional skills sets, including sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members, and growing a business
  • Practice positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals
  • Commit to participating in 4 ISI workouts per week and attending all relevant ISI training programs
