About the Job

This position is based on-site at our Columbia, South Carolina location. As a Customer Service Banking Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating interactions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Provide clear and concise information to resolve customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Track and report customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process improvements

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees a plus
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
