Position Overview: As a Nursing Unit Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff within your assigned unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
- Identify staff educational needs and develop training programs in conjunction with the Nurse Educator.
- Oversee medication management to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Deliver direct patient care alongside unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
