Level Resources is seeking a talented Mechanical Assembly Technician to become a vital part of our structural fabrication team. We pride ourselves on being a comprehensive steel fabrication facility, delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele across the nation.

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, your primary responsibilities will include executing various tasks related to mechanical assembly and machining. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, a solid understanding of mechanical principles, and proficiency in utilizing hand tools and machining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with detailed specifications and blueprints.
  • Employ hand tools, including wrenches and screwdrivers, to assemble components accurately.
  • Operate machining equipment to produce parts as required.
  • Measure and assess parts using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance production efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain an organized workspace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Mig welder is advantageous.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and machining equipment.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Proficient in working collaboratively within a team setting.

Please note that this role may involve operating cranes or other heavy machinery; prior experience in crane operation is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (overtime may be required)

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $28.00
