The Supervisor will oversee all staff during their shifts and possess comprehensive knowledge of all lounge roles, promoting a culture of hospitality excellence.

  • Direct the efforts of up to 30 team members during peak times.
  • Delegate tasks to staff and monitor their completion.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Communicate positively with guests and staff, addressing requests and providing accurate information.
  • Maintain composure and alertness during busy periods and emergencies, serving as a role model.
  • Oversee front desk operations to ensure friendly greetings and accurate information dissemination.
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently to uphold high service standards.
  • Assist management in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Collaborate with lounge management to address service-related issues.
  • Monitor alcohol service and report any concerns to management.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
  • Maintain necessary certifications as required.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with TSA and local airport regulations.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in guest service or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
  • Effective presentation skills in both individual and group settings.
  • Capacity to remain composed under pressure and be aware of surroundings.
  • Maintain a polished appearance in line with service standards.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand as required by the role.
  • Consistent reporting on work activities.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Pass a security background check for airport access.
