We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Operations Leader to join our team and help us drive process improvements and deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Symbotic, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of technically complex projects. Your primary goal will be to align teams, execute plans, manage issues and risks effectively, and communicate clearly to achieve project objectives.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams through project development, from site preparation to system acceptance, in accordance with project objectives. You will interact with and motivate talented engineering teams across multiple locations, harnessing their energy to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality) on current project assignments.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through project development, from site preparation through system acceptance in accordance with project objectives.
  • Work closely with supply chain, engineering managers and leads, and product manager to ensure rapid execution and on-time, high-quality delivery of complex automation systems projects.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in construction management, automation, or material handling. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, construction management, or equivalent years of experience.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote, travel-based position that requires frequent travel to client and other customer locations.
