Aggregate Division Director

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is seeking a highly skilled Aggregate Division Manager to join our team. As a leading distributor of construction and mining equipment, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our aggregate business, including our Pit & Quarry consumables division. This will involve managing the sales activities of our Aggregate Sales and Support Specialists, supervising Pit & Quarry personnel, and collaborating with service and rental personnel to improve rental fleet readiness and damage recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the aggregate industry. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans to drive growth and profitability. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the aggregate business
• Manage the sales activities of Aggregate Sales and Support Specialists
• Supervise Pit & Quarry personnel and work with PSSR leadership to expand product portfolio
• Collaborate with service and rental personnel to improve rental fleet readiness and damage recovery
• Drive improvement of key sales related metrics: Market Share, Rolling 12 / Call Frequency, On-Deal percentage, and growth & profitability targets
