Job Title: Director of Pharmaceutical Insights

About the Role:

The Activation Analytics team at Fingerpaint Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Director of Pharmaceutical Insights to elevate and optimize current reporting programs, processes, and outputs. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the corporate analytics team to develop data-informed narratives that drive business growth and support clients with a data-driven focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that guide strategic decisions

• Oversee team management, reporting objectives, and key performance indicators process to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives

• Develop and own analysis approach for engagement activities, targeting analysis, reporting, and ad hoc requests with a focus on omnichannel

• Oversee projects and provide guidance to project team on research and client-related issues

• Ensure client satisfaction with project deliverables

• Manage direct reports and mentor staff outside of direct report responsibility

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of analytics and reporting experience, with a background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing (can be combination of client and agency experience)

• Expertise with Tableau and programming languages like SQL

• Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, etc.)

• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills are required

• Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
