Job Title: Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative to join our team at Elements Massage. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our monthly Elements Wellness Program, and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program to clients, following our proven sales process
  • Build customer loyalty by understanding client needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create a client-centered environment
  • Ensure accurate and efficient client appointment paperwork and payment processing

Requirements:

  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a spa-like or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
