Junior Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, run diagnostic programs, and determine and implement solutions.
  • Assist customers with technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Walk customers through the problem-solving process and provide guidance.
  • Run reports to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
  • Utilize Attempt First Call Resolution (FCR) for all requests received.
  • Provide first contact account resets, unlocking, troubleshooting, and security issue/error resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience with ServiceNow and the Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 (formerly M) IAT Level I certification within 6 months of hire.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
