Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers
  • Assisting customers with purchases and answering questions about products
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
  • Assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Unloading merchandise from trucks and checking in shipments
  • Driving store sales by performing in-store services such as ear piercing, balloons, and buy online pick up in store
  • Staging merchandise for the sales floor and packing out merchandise
  • Performing store maintenance, including taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
