Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and front end areas.
  • Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and performing cycle counts.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and general office equipment proficiency.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime compensation. Benefits may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
