About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our asset protection team, you will play a critical role in improving company profitability by executing programs aimed at reducing external theft, internal investigations, and operational shortages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze external and internal theft trends within assigned locations to develop effective prevention strategies.
  • Implement store awareness programs that address theft, safety, inventory, and shortage control to create a culture of honesty and impression of control.
  • Conduct operational audits and physical security inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement and drive results.
  • Recruit, train, and lead Loss Prevention Associates and Loss Prevention Officers to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service awareness and act as a representative of Kohl's in legal proceedings as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and make quick decisions in the company's best interest.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information and investigations.
  • Prior experience or background in Loss Prevention, security, law enforcement, or retail is preferred.
