Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace the Menchie's culture by promoting our vision, mission, and values while delivering the Menchie's Experience (3Ps).
  • Provide exceptional guest service through the 5Gs with every visitor.
  • Maintain a respectful demeanor towards guests at all times.
  • Share insights about our products and highlight new promotional offerings.
  • Adhere to all safety and store protocols.
  • Ensure product quality by completing food-related tasks to established standards.
  • Become proficient in all operational stations (bubble, runner, and prep).
  • Keep the store clean and comply with sanitation guidelines.
  • Implement first in, first out (FIFO) procedures when managing inventory.
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures diligently.
  • Punctually clock in for your scheduled shifts while dressed in full uniform.
  • Understand and follow the procedures for shift coverage.
  • Request time off at least two weeks in advance, with any changes in availability requiring approval from the store leader.
  • Communicate any questions or concerns to the leadership team.
  • Perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 40lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions.
  • Notify the leadership team of low inventory items.
  • Maintain a clean uniform, adhere to dress code, and uphold hygiene standards.
