Job Title: Staff Nurse

Living Well Disability Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing support and oversight of medical services to individuals living in our group homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes for each person supported.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Supervise and train unlicensed staff on health-related issues and provide guidance on medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
