Job Description

Vuori, Inc. is redefining athletic apparel with a focus on comfort and style. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Create an unforgettable customer experience

  • Forge lasting relationships with customers and work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner, preparing the fitting rooms and providing honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.

Be the business

  • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment, seeking new product knowledge to serve as an expert for customers.
  • Assist in the completion of projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience and communicating inventory needs to support business goals.

Operations

  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
  • Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives, ensuring the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues, positively and proactively handle customer concerns, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes, with strong organizational skills and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
