Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Body Technician to work with our team of experts in a fast-paced collision repair environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality vehicle repairs, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive body repair; experience with collision repair software and equipment an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
