As a Receptionist and Patient Care Specialist, you will be the welcoming face of our office, making a lasting impression on our patients. A positive demeanor and a helpful attitude are essential as you assist patients both in person and over the phone. While prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is advantageous, we prioritize a candidate's attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, both in the office and via phone.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the patient experience.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills, adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Welcome patients, communicate payment details, and provide follow-up instructions.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including setting, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.

- Verify insurance information and liaise with insurance providers.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and handling incoming documents.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or CareStack.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of dental terminology.
