Job Summary

Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused receptionist/concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage phone calls and bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon
  • Educate guests on our services and promote a positive experience
  • Assist the team in ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in software
